Storage: Store in a cool, dry place, away from light and heat sources.
Crushing: Processing takes place within 6 hours after harvesting exclusively in our mill and at a controlled temperature. Afterwards, the oil is stored in special stainless steel tanks, protected from light and heat, under a nitrogen blast and left to decant naturally.
HOW WE DO PODEROSA CLASSICO?
Thanks to the automated harvesting system, pressing within 6 hours and processing that takes place at a temperature below 27° directly in our oil mill, Poderosa Classico has excellent nutritional and organoleptic properties. The oil is carefully stored in stainless steel tanks, protected from light and heat, decanting naturally.
ORGANOLEPTIC ANALYSIS
Appearance and color: Veiled green with golden highlights.
Sensory profile: Medium fruity of green olive with delicate notes of almond, artichoke and fresh grass.
Flavor: Bitterness and spiciness in balance, with a pleasant persistence on the palate.
